Vice President Joe Biden caused a stir yesterday when campaigning in Virginia. While speaking about how the Republican party would unchain the rules making Wall Street accountable he made the statement that the party would "put you all back in chains". While Romney cited these comments as a "new low" Biden was quick to say that the statement stems from a Ryan quote that said "unshackle our economy" he apologized for using the "unchained" by mistake.
