The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee voted along party lines to hold the Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt over the "fast and furious" documents. This will lead to an entire house vote, if a majority votes to hold the AG in contempt the US attorney for DC will then have to decide if prosecution will be brought upon him.
