Controversial Immigration Bill Heads to Supreme Court

An Arizona Immigration law that spurred similar laws through 7 states is heading to the supreme court. The bill allows police to stop any person to inquire about their immigration status and to hold those individuals they suspected of being illegal immigrants. Oral arguments will being on Wednesday, and a support of the bill could reverse precedent set through other cases concerning the relationship between the state and federal government over immigration enforcement.
