Artur Davis the former Democratic Congressman who switched parties has been tapped to speak at the RNC. Davis supported Obama's run for office in 2008 but has since abandoned the democratic party entirely. Davis who is now a Mitt Romney supporter says he plans to speak about Obama's failed promises. Davis was defeated in the 2010 race to become the Alabama Governor during the Democratic primary.
