According to a Marist poll 78% of American's feel "frustrated" by political campaigns, specifically that campaigns go too negative and don't focus on the candidates proposed agenda. Almost three-fourths 74% feel that politics have gotten progressively negative in the past years. 64% feel that this transition is harming the political process.
