Lawsuit over Voter ID Heads to Court in Ohio

Arguments begin in an Ohio district court over what votes will count in the 2012 presidential election. Ohio being one of the most hard fought and closest battleground states often times determining the presidential election outcomes they are used to voting lawsuits springing up especially with such a heated election battle. One of the provisions coming under attack due to Ohio Republican's attempts to cut short early voting opportunities. This along with disputes over provisional voting could affect an estimated 14,000 votes enough to sway the election.
