Only 18% of individuals polled agree with Mitt Romney that the Bush tax cuts should extend throughout all income levels. Around half of respondents said that they prefer the cuts to extend to individuals earning less than $250,000, and 18% want the tax breaks to expire for everyone. As the election heats up as November grows ever closer Democrats and Republicans alike will try to persuade Independent voters on the best course of fiscal action. One polling question that had very little party split, was that all political parties agree that foreign goods negatively impact US incomes.
