A Romney adviser has confirmed that Mitt Romney's 2011 tax return will be available to the public by October 15th. Romney had asked for an extension in April, October 15th is the IRS deadline for tax returns. Romney has continued to avoid the calls to release more returns, recently declining to release 5 years of tax returns by Democrats. Romney also stated that he has paid at least a 13% rate over the past 10 years, although he didn't release any of these returns. In comparison Obama and Ryan paid around 20%.
