In South Carolina today Mitt Romney still isn't releasing his tax returns, he did however state that he hasn't paid anything less than 13% in the last ten years. Romney once again has cast aside the issue of his tax returns as "small minded" while he didn't release the returns for the public to see he stated that he "checked them last night" and they never were under 13%. Romney though did not mention whether this percentage was referring only to his federal income tax.
