A new poll has found that almost a quarter of Americans are less likely to vote in the upcoming elections because of use of Super PACs. Many associate the use of Super PACs with corruption and as a way to undermine the influence of regular voters that can't and don't have the financial influence that Super PACs generate for candidates.
